Women’s Firearm Foundations: Safe Handling & Optional Range Day
A welcoming, supportive introduction — learn the fundamentals, build confidence, and take your first step toward responsible firearm ownership.
Is This Class for You?
⊙ Are you new to firearms and looking for a calm, welcoming learning environment?
⊙ Do you want to understand handgun basics — safety, handling, storage — before committing to live fire?
⊙ Do you own a firearm (or plan to) but lack formal training or confidence?
⊙ Do you prefer a women-only, judgment-free space to ask questions and learn at your pace?
If you answered “yes,” this class is designed for you. This is not your husband’s shooting course — it’s a respectful, supportive space tailored to help women build real skills.
What You’ll Learn — Core Knowledge + Optional Application
⊙ Basic firearm safety — including safe handling, loading/unloading, and storage best practices
⊙ Understanding common handguns — parts, how they function, common safety checks
⊙ Responsible ownership — safe storage, what responsible handgun ownership looks like, and how to responsibly store firearms around family or children
⊙ Optional live‑fire experience — if you’re ready, apply what you learned in a supervised range session (additional range drills under guidance — ideal for building comfort and confidence)
⊙ A judgment-free, informative environment — time to learn, ask questions, and build foundational understanding
This class gives you the comfort, knowledge, and confidence to step forward — whether you stop at the classroom or choose to try range practice.
