Defensive Handgun Skill Intensives
Focused Training for Responsible Armed Citizens
Stop wasting ammunition on unfocused range time.
Start building measurable defensive skill — one discipline at a time.
The Defensive Handgun Skill Intensives are designed for shooters who already know how to safely run a handgun and want to move beyond casual practice into deliberate skill mastery.
Each course isolates one critical defensive handgun skill and trains it in depth through structured dry-fire, live-fire, movement, and instructor coaching.
No filler.
No rushed checklists.
No beginner hand-holding.
Just focused training that produces real results.
Who This Training Is For
This course is for you if you:
⊙ Already own and carry a handgun
⊙ Understand safe gun handling and basic marksmanship
⊙ Want to refine how you fight, not just how you shoot
⊙ Value discipline, accountability, and responsible self-defense
⊙ Want drills you can continue at home and at the range
This course is not for:
⊙ First-time shooters
⊙ Permit-only or lecture-based training
⊙ Anyone unwilling to train outdoors
⊙ Those looking for a passive, observer-only class
This is refinement training — not beginner instruction.
What “Skill Intensive” Means
A Skill Intensive is focused training on one defensive skill, not a broad overview.
Instead of briefly touching multiple topics, each course:
⊙ Selects one defensive handgun skill
⊙ Breaks it down to its essential components
⊙ Builds it back up through coached repetition
⊙ Reinforces it with practical drills you can repeat
You leave with clarity, confidence, and a repeatable training plan.
Course Format
⊙ Approximately 4 hours per course
⊙ One defensive handgun skill per class
⊙ Low student-to-instructor ratio
⊙ Individual coaching and performance correction
⊙ Integrated dry-fire and live-fire training
⊙ Movement and positional work when applicable
This is how serious shooters train — one skill at a time.
Example Skill Focus Areas
(Course-specific — select your focus during registration)
⊙ Drawing from concealment
⊙ Reloading under pressure
⊙ Clearing malfunctions efficiently
⊙ Engaging multiple targets
⊙ Shooting while moving
⊙ Target transitions and visual processing
Each course is designed to build efficiency, consistency, and defensive confidence.
What You’ll Leave With
By the end of the course, you will have:
⊙ A clear understanding of the skill’s mechanics and purpose
⊙ Dry-fire drills for safe home practice
⊙ Live-fire drills you can replicate at your range
⊙ Instructor feedback to eliminate inefficiencies
⊙ Confidence applying the skill in a defensive context
This training builds capability, not ego.
